I am having 13+ years of experience and get the call from HR located in Hyderabad firstname.lastname@example.org for the interview for the position of Solution Architect in July 2018. After HR discussion first technical interview is done by an employee name Pawan from Noida. They call me for a personal interview at Greater Noida. I live in Ambala Cantt Haryana and spent 2000Rs to reach there but concern person is not aware that I am coming for face to face interview. Somehow after the struggle of one hour, HR arranged my interview. Another round of technical interview happen. They told me to leave for the day as manager was busy in a meeting and can’t join to conduct another level of interview. HRand manager(Mr. Shashadhari of having Andhra accent) told me they will do skype interview. After many followups to a full month, the manager does not show up. One day Mr. Shashadhari calls me and said he wants to proceed with skype in night 8 PM same day. I said I am fine and I arranged they laptop same day and waited for him around an hour but he did not join the call. No Hope from HR too, as they also stop picking my phone.
After another two weeks(today is 28-Sep-2018), he called me and arranged the interview. I am fine with that and this time, he came to skype(His skype ID is teseshu). He said to me give an introduction and stopped me in middle and start asking coding level technical questions again. First, he picks areas at the programming level but same time saying not to tell using any programming language such as Java or Python. The whole interview seems that he just wants to complete the task pending on him from HR.
This is very sad the company like HCL have a lazy process and people are working to show that they are working. They don’t respect money and time I spent and never give a single feedback. I am still waiting for managers feedback and hoping they will come back positive. BUT I AM NOT GOING TO JOIN YOU HCL. Though I am still looking for a job but will not join you as you don’t value human.
Hope this will help someone.
